Delete account and data

Delete your Hiwra — حورا account and associated data Request deletion in Settings → Help and safety → Delete account, or open /support and select Account deletion. You can use the web form without installing the app or signing in. Contact: support@lumaqode.com. Provide the email associated with your account. Never include a password, login code or identity-document image. Support verifies ownership before erasing data, normally processes verified requests within 30 days and communicates progress through the ticket or your verified contact. Submitting a request does not immediately erase or freeze an account. A request is not complete until staff confirms erasure. Deletion covers your account/credentials, profile and associated personal data/content. Limited safety evidence, fraud-prevention/security records or legally required data may remain under restricted access for as long as that reason applies; support explains relevant exceptions. Another participant’s lawful copy of a conversation is separate from your view. Hiding a conversation only hides your history and is not account deletion. There are no subscriptions to cancel in Hiwra currently.
