Child Safety Standards
Hiwra — حورا Child Safety Standards Effective: 29 October 2026 · Safety contact: support@lumaqode.com Zero tolerance for CSAE We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, sextortion, trafficking, and sexualized or exploitative depictions of children, including generated or manipulated imagery. This applies across public content, profiles, stories and private messages. Hiwra requires age 13 or older; this minimum does not reduce these protections for any minor. Report a concern Use Report on a post, comment, story, reel, profile or message, or open an in-app Help and safety ticket under Child safety. You can also use /support without an account or email support@lumaqode.com. Include content links or IDs and the concern. Do not download, redistribute or attach suspected CSAM. Block unwanted contact. If a child faces immediate danger, contact your local emergency service. Response and reporting Authorized safety staff triage reports, restrict access or remove confirmed prohibited material, and apply appropriate account sanctions. Necessary evidence remains accessible only to authorized reviewers while required. On actual knowledge of CSAM, the safety lead follows applicable law and reports confirmed material to NCMEC or the relevant regional authority, coordinating with law enforcement where required. An appeal can be submitted through support. We do not promise automated detection or 24-hour staffed monitoring. Young users Do not share your address, school, passwords, contact details or intimate images with strangers. Online contacts may misrepresent who they are. You can stop a conversation, block and report at any time. Parents/guardians can contact support about underage accounts or safety concerns. The designated operator must keep a trained child-safety contact reachable for Google Play and review its reporting obligations before launch.
